Principle of electric lifting column

Hydraulic oil is formed by a vane pump to form a certain pressure, which enters the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder through an oil filter, explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve, throttle valve, hydraulic control one-way valve, and balance valve, causing the piston of the hydraulic cylinder to move upwards and lift heavy objects. The return oil from the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder returns to the oil tank through the explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve, and its rated pressure is adjusted through the overflow valve. The pressure reading on the pressure gauge is observed.

 

The piston of the hydraulic cylinder moves downwards (i.e. the weight is lowered). Hydraulic oil enters the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder through an explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve, and the return oil from the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder returns to the oil tank through a balance valve, hydraulic control one-way valve, throttle valve, and explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve. In order to ensure stable descent of heavy objects and safe and reliable braking, a balance valve is installed on the return oil circuit to balance the circuit and maintain pressure, so that the descent speed is not affected by heavy objects. The flow rate is adjusted by the throttle valve to control the lifting speed.

 

To ensure safe and reliable braking and prevent accidents, a hydraulic control one-way valve, also known as a hydraulic lock, is added to ensure safe self-locking in the event of an accidental rupture of the hydraulic pipeline. An overload sound control alarm has been installed to distinguish between overloading or equipment failure. The electronic control system can control the rotation of the motor through explosion-proof buttons to change the direction of the explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve, in order to maintain the load increase or decrease. The time delay is adjusted through the "LOGO" program to avoid the phenomenon of inflexibility and jamming caused by frequent motor starts.

 

Electric lifting column function

The product is widely used in urban transportation, military and important government offices, pedestrian streets, highways, toll stations, airports, schools, banks, large clubs, parking lots, and many other occasions. By restricting passing vehicles, traffic order, including the safety of major facilities and venues, is effectively ensured.

 

1. The gates of important units such as state organs and the military are equipped with lifting and riot prevention barriers, which can be controlled by electric, remote control, or card swiping methods to effectively prevent the entry of vehicles from external units and illegal vehicles.

2. Pedestrian Street: Elevated roadblocks are installed at the intersection of pedestrian streets. The roadblocks are usually in a raised state, restricting vehicle entry and exit. In case of emergency or special circumstances (such as fire, first aid, leader inspection, etc.), the roadblocks can be quickly lowered to facilitate vehicle passage.

3. Road barrier: In non fully enclosed road barriers, lifting barriers can be used to prevent vehicles from turning left or turning around during normal times. In case of special circumstances such as road construction or road blockage, roadblocks can be lowered to divert vehicles.

4. Multipurpose Square: During the day, roadblocks are raised and vehicles are prohibited from entering the square. At night, the square is used as a temporary parking lot, and roadblocks are lowered so that vehicles can enter and park.

5. Open Park: Elevated barriers are installed at the intersection of open parks. The barriers are usually raised to prevent vehicles from passing, allowing visitors to freely pass through. In case of special circumstances, lower the lifting barrier to facilitate vehicle passage.

6. Places such as residential areas, banks, and schools that restrict vehicle entry and ensure the effective use of fire exits.

7. Expressway: Emergency road closure is required, automatic lifting stakes are used for convenience and speed, and can solve the problem of police force.
