The working principle of the fully automatic rising bollard is like a hydraulic or pneumatic piston, which is the piston principle we are very familiar with. For example, the syringe and the hydraulic cylinder of the jack. The hydraulic oil is formed by the vane pump to form a certain pressure, and enters the lower end of the cylinder through the oil filter, the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, the throttle valve, the hydraulic control check valve, and the balance valve, so that the piston of the cylinder moves upward and lifts the heavy object. The return oil at the upper end of the cylinder returns to the oil tank through the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve. Its rated pressure is adjusted by the overflow valve, and the pressure gauge reading is observed through the pressure gauge.


The piston of the cylinder moves downward (that is, the heavy object descends). The hydraulic oil enters the upper end of the cylinder through the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, and the return oil at the lower end of the cylinder returns to the oil tank through the balance valve, hydraulic control check valve, throttle valve, and explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve. In order to make the heavy objects descend smoothly and brake safely and reliably, a balance valve is set on the oil return line to balance the circuit and maintain the pressure so that the descending speed is not affected by the weight. The throttle valve adjusts the flow and controls the rising speed. Hydraulics are more complicated than electric ones, and they have more accessories. The internal hydraulic electromechanical integration adopts intracavity hydraulic technology to achieve integrated sealing. After the pressure oil enters the oil inlet chamber of the motor through the oil distribution shaft, it enters the top of the corresponding plunger cylinder through the barrier-free rising platform housing groove. The hydraulic force FN acting on the plunger acts on the eccentric wheel center O through the connecting rod, and its tangential force F. The torque T is formed on the rotation center of the crankshaft, causing the crankshaft to rotate counterclockwise. Due to the different positions of the three plunger cylinders, the magnitude of the torque generated is also different.
