Vehicle Barrier Bollards

The underground part of the lifting vehicle barrier bollards includes a base and embedded parts. The base is used to fix thebollard to ensure its stability on the ground. The embedded parts are pre-buried underground during installation and connected to the base to enhance the firmness of the entire lifting column. The installation depth is generally determined by the height, weight and load-bearing capacity requirements of the column, usually around 80-120 cm.
Detailed description of working principle

Take the hydraulic vehicle barrier bollards as an example. When the rising command is started, the hydraulic pump starts to work, pumps the hydraulic oil from the tank and transports it to the lower chamber of the hydraulic cylinder through the hydraulic pipeline. The pressure of the hydraulic oil pushes the piston upward, and the piston is connected to the column, so that the column gradually rises. During the descent process, the hydraulic pump changes the flow direction of the hydraulic oil, pumps the hydraulic oil in the lower chamber of the hydraulic cylinder back to the tank, and the column slowly descends under the assistance of its own gravity and the hydraulic system.
The working principle of the electric lifting column is that when the motor receives the rising signal, the motor starts to rotate forward, and the rotational motion of the motor is converted into the linear rising motion of the column through transmission devices such as screws or gears. When descending, the motor reverses and drives the column to descend. During the whole process, by controlling the speed and rotation angle of the motor, the lifting speed and position of the column can be accurately controlled.
